Those houses are a great place to be if your main focus on joining a fraternity is the party life. Join TKE if you care about your social standing.
If you are joining a fraternity for a more whole experience that’s going to make you a better person during and after college, keep rushing

Just make sure to see at least 5 houses. You’ll find one where you fit in

Would recommend checking out some top and middle tier houses to see which is more your vibe. If you’re looking for big parties with top sororities, your best options are probably zetes, tke and Alpha delts. If you’re okay with sacrificing hanging out with top houses all the time for a closer brotherhood, some good middle tier houses to consider are chi psi, pike, and delts.

You could probably add Sigma Chi for the top house.
For middle tier I would also check out Sig Ep and TDX
