What was sorority quota? Who made it? Did anybody have to do a snap bid?

it's when you hold a bid card and then snap your fingers holding the card.

Dz and adpi did snap bid, idk who else. A lot of houses met quota this fall

no one had to snap bid, snap bidding is when a sorority calls a pnm who dropped out of recruitment BEFORE bid day, a COB is when they call you after the bids are opened. Almost every sorority participates in COB on bid day.
