This is facts. The ONLY reason Pi Phi and Theta have been placed at top during any other ranks is because of them self-ranking, and them refusing to accept that they have been getting less and less hot every year

These rankings are good. Because for the last time.... PiPhi & Theta are NOT top.
Ask anyone, and they’ll all laugh because it’s so obvious that they self rank and delete the truth. They’re stuck living in the past. Both are middle tier at best. MAYBE upper middle. If they keep rushing the way they do, they’ll drop even further like bottom-house-beta did.
Watch they’ll even delete this because they’re on a campaign of “damage control.” Don't worry, everyone will just repost it again (:
