Literally does not and should not matter, if your rushing for just the physical house than you shouldn’t be rushing at all

Porch/no porch does make a difference in the experience.
PCs who were in porches their first year tend to be more bonded.

False. Actually they tend to be less close due too constant clashing of being confined in a tiny room. These houses tend to stir up most drama. For example pi phi has the fakest sisterhood in the Greek system
