These are the only tiers that actually matter. There is no difference between “upper middle” and “mid middle”, because one PC can change everything
With no order within tiers, these are the undisputed tiers:
TOP: undisputed top houses, care a ton about their image and being “frat”
Zetes, Tekes, Sigma Chi, Fiji, Alpha Delts
POPULAR: Have large chapters, girls get wet thinking about posting on insta about their formals, but they can’t compete with the top dawgs.
Theta Chi, Phi Psi, Chi Psi, Pike, Beta, SigEp, PiKapp,
AVERAGE: Have fratty aspects, also have more down to earth members. Do the same things as the popular tier, but with less popular sororities, and often less members/money
A sigs, TDX, Delts, Psi U, Phi pools, Phi Delts, Sigma Nu
BOTTOM: Struggle to throw parties, don’t have great sorority relationships. Not the typical fraternity experience
Phi Tau, K sigs, Theta Xi, KA, ZBT, SAE, Lambdas

They are definitely in a tier above the rest. They aren’t the #1 top house, but they are among them
