This is not true. chapters literally need all women to participate or they wouldn’t have enough. They may match their stronger girls with women they want, but every house does that! And every house has awkward girls on water or kitchen duty too. It’s not just theta

No, most houses let girls choose if they want to not do recruitment (like if they have family plans during work week) and instead do water...most chapters girls are given a choice

I know for a fact APhi mAtches their girls to PNMs based on a number ranking system. For example, an APhi that’s only a “3” wouldn’t talk to a PMN that’s ranked as an 8-10. This ranking is based mostly on looks
