weird noticing about aphi

Has anybody else noticed that APhis literally everywhere are now very recently all top tier houses?! It’s super strange. Like at UW and WSU APhi was bottom or mid until about 10 years ago. Friends with relatives at other schools have said the same..
I heard they now have some national rule where they can only take attractive girls and even have a system for this.

This is totally true. APhis didn’t used to be too like anywhere. I’ve heard from A Phis who dropped houses that they really do this. They match by looks with girls in the house and PNMs.
Then they only seat unattractive PNMs in separate area. They are told to drop any unattractive girls
This is not like theta. It’s something their nationals advises them to do!

Yup. Haven’t you noticed all APhi chapters ANYwhere are only known for looks? It’s so strange Bc it wasn’t like this 10 years ago. Most well known national sororities have a mix of chapter across the different colleges- some are known as a philanthropy house, some for grades, some for history, some looks. APhi is literally now only known for looks!
