during recruitment for sororities, do girls really pay attention to how much money the pnm seems to have? for example, determining whether the area they live in is nice, if they went in expensive vacations, the car they drive, if they work ; etc

Most of the top houses rush based off of looks and money like theta, pi phi, a phi, g phi rush a lot based on looks and money

yes but they have limited information to know how much $$$ you have so it's all about appearances, dress nice and don't be boring
