if you’re in a top frat you know that these are true

theta, pi phi, g phi - TOP of the top, rushes based on looks, legacies, money, sports, GPA, home town. (ex. pi phis are sporty) but they’re only really top because they hang with fiji, beta, tke, sigma chi, zetes, alpha delts

a phi, kd, kappa, tri delt - also TOP houses, rushes based on looks & “type” (ex. aphi mostly rushes blondes) each house has a distinct type of girl, hangs mostly with zetes, alpha delts, sigma chi, chi psi, pi kapps, theta chi, tke, but every sorority is a little different

dg, chi o - upper middle houses, rushes based on genuine girls but still focuses on looks as well, hangs with theta chi, phi psi, chi psi, pike, aepi, delts, aepi, asigs

axo, dz, adpi, phi mu, axid - solid middle houses, average to pretty looking girls, pretty good sisterhoods in all houses, hangs with pike, delts, asigs, tdx, psi u

agd, zta, sk - bottom houses, some partiers, agd is in between middle and bottom, and hangs with middle houses but sk and zta are dying pretty much, hangs with delts, psi u, pks, ztb, sigma nu

aopi & aephi - dead houses, downhill real fast
