Any advice for future PNMS? Any girls willing to share why some girls get immediately dropped aside from just looks?

Recruitment involves being yourself and allowing others to be themselves. Friendship is allowing others to be, with tolerance and without judgement. Credible scholarship also counts when asking to join a sorority chapter. Don't be fake and phony when attempting to join one of our chapters.

NPC sororities make room for every qualified, open-minded young woman desiring to fulfill life-long service with her friendship group.

Don’t take rankings seriously and get off greek rank. Just because a girl is in a “top” house doesn’t mean you’re thriving. I know girls who are in “top” houses who are unhappy and girls in “middle” or “bottom” houses who love their house and sisters. Just be yourself and choose where YOU see yourself based on the conversations you have, not by rankings. Yes, many top houses do weed out people by looks and thats just how it is but there are girls in middle houses who are just as gorgeous as any other girls. You will hear stereotypes about houses but most of the time the stereotype doesnt apply to every single person in the house. Remember that there are 80-100+ girls in a house before a new PC joins and every girl has a different personality!
