transferring fraternities
by: transferI am currently a freshman in a fraternity not at the UW. I'm considering transferring to UW for fall semester 2019 but don't want to join the same fraternity at UW as they are currently a very low tier. I was wondering if I have to join the same frat, or if I could rush again and join a different house.

Yeah I’m a K Sig at UW now and I highkey didn’t rush any other house and signed earlyish in the summer and so all I’ve been trying to do since joining is help us rise but it’s super hard especially when nationals doesn’t like us or try to help us. Hopefully we will be able to go up a little when other houses start to get shut down but damn it’s really rough not being in an upper house when in hs everyone knew my friend group. If you are allowed to rush other houses by all means go ahead, but if not we are a lot better than everyone makes us out to seem in my opinion
