How are rankings for houses done and how true is it? Is it like based just on looks or is there more to it like size, parties, personalities etc?

For sororitys- looks mainly but also chillness and long time reputations.
For example. Theta, Pi phi, and gphi have been considered top houses at UW since forever.
DG,kappa, aphi, KD, and tridelt have been considered top off and on but always considered "good" houses that are hard to get into.
Personality matters but on this site "hotness" of girls is what is ranked the highest
