Why does it seem like there’s an attitude of intimidation and exclusion among the Greek community? In classes, I’ve met sorority girls who are super sweet and welcoming, while others just have this weird “I’m better than you” attitude. What’s up with this? I mean aren’t we all adults not clicky high schoolers?

Some people thrive on percieved popularity, and the only way to maintain that (or the only way they know) is to act like that. It really just stems from insecurity, ironically.
