I definitely recommend it! If you do, you should 100% reach out to the houses yourself rather than wait for them to contact you. I registered for the list, but contacted certain houses and heard back the next day, whereas others reached out to me after 1+ weeks. It’s really laid back! Some houses took me to coffee and others invited me over to the house for lunch/dinner, and then most of them asked me back a second time, and I got several bids within a few days. The only tricky part is that you have 48 hours to accept a bid, but they’re not all at the same time, so you may have to accept/decline before meeting all the houses. Overall, it’s a relatively easy process that works with your schedule. Be yourself, be open minded, and you’ll be fine. Good luck!
