do you have to live in the house?

by: transfer

I'm a transfer and will be going through rush but since I have an apartment lease I don't plan on living in the house. Will that be a problem for most houses?

If you’re a junior, probably not. If you are sophomore, most likely. All houses will give you an equal chance but you definitely will not be able to bond with your PC as well

The newest pc has to live in the house, at every house. It doesn’t matter what grade you are in. So yes, that will be a problem.

Which houses tend to grant exceptions? Is this something I should ask about early rounds or wait until later?

don't ask during round one, wait and see where you get invited back.
some houses will drop you for asking about living out right away
