Do sororities have access to your actual transcript on file during rush, or only what you choose to upload?

Panhellenic has UW confirm your GPA, which means they use the transcripts you submit when you apply to the school. So don’t lie when you’re signing up for rush because they’ll know lol

but what if you went through a really bad hardship so your freshman gpa is below 3.0 (like 2.8) but your high school gpa is 4.0. Will you still be disadvantaged ?
