⁃Dry (no alcohol), won’t be able to host other houses at parties

⁃Really secretive
⁃Nice, cool guys

⁃Usually top in grades
Every other house is socially irrelevant and probably isn’t worth rushing. I would still suggest getting house tours from as many houses as possible so you can get a good perspective on what other houses are like.

What about pikapp? They’re on the same level as theta chi and sig ep, especially with them going dry. And I don’t think there’s a very big gap between those 3 and aepi, Chi psi, etc. I liked your post til the end when til you posted that elitist “every other house is irrelevant” bs.

Pi kapps and chi psi are definitely above theta chi and sig ep, and they're actually nice guys that are way more fun
