new school frat rankings

Times have changed and so have the frat rankings. These are my non-biased opinions of how frat life really stands right now:

Absolute Top:
Alpha Delts/Tekes/Sigma Chi

Lower Top:
Beta/Zetes/Fiji

Upper Mid:
Theta Chi/PiKapps/PhiPsi

Mid:
SigEp/ASigs/ChiPsi

Lower Mid:
AEPi/Pike/Delts

Bottom:
Phi Delts/TDK/PsiU

Irrelevant:
Everyone else

Feel free to disagree but these rankings are based on how socially involved each house has been recently and moving forward and how I've heard their new PCs are shaping up.

def agree with sigep and aepi dropping, and theta chi and phi psi rising. maybe bring asigs up? their new house and pool is gonna be lit next year

At this point you might as well bring Fiji down. Just because you hang out with thetas doesn't mean you're a top house!

Why is PiKapps & Theta Chi always generally high up?? I would argue that they’re only like that because they’re on 17th..... because there’s really no other reason. If you put the guys at Theta Chi all the way down at Chi Psi, they would be pretty low socially. Like, the only reason SAE sucks is because all the members got kicked out. Their location alone gives them an advantage if they rush better.
Imagine if Delts was on 17th.... they’d be poppin’ off solely based on location.

The same goes for Sigma Chi.... the only reason they’re relevant is because they’re right next to Thetas, whom have the attitude “why would I walk across the street, cause I’m a princess”. Location is one of the only reasons people put houses towards the top.

ASigs is poppin off because they don’t only have a hella awesome upcoming PC, but they also have the potential to have the best parties and physical houses (PLURAL) in the Greek System. They’re overcoming the popularity “distance-gap” like Alpha Delts and TEKES did. Alpha Delts is popular solely on they’re granolaness, and ability to be nice. And TEKES is only popular that far away from Theta because they sacrifice their academics for straight partying. Houses like ASigs and Delts are on the come up because they’re having more genuine guys Rush the house than the “party” Fraternities; and they still have the potential to throw the biggest parties.

Good point, the reason previously mid tier houses like ASigs and Phi Psi are moving up is because they are rushing genuine guys. I think theta chi is also doing a decent job rushing, it's not only their location.

Just to be fair add a slightly relevant tier for phi pools. They're at least a bit relevant during spring quarter
