THETA CHI!! The guys in that house are the best guys in the greek system! They are all so nice and welcoming, and super chill!! All the guys in AEPi play girls and are generally just douchebags who think their house is anywhere near the top just cause they have the greek week paint gad.

Theta Chi is more well rounded and fun, but AEPi has a better party room. When it comes down to it, you decide where your priorities are.

AEPi has been consistently better for about 20 years. Choose as you must but we are just better.
