why is there no diversity in top sororities??

There’s only like 3 non-white girls in every new PC in top houses like pi phi and theta.... they all look the same

Houses are looking for more people like them. That's what "fitting in" to a pledge class means.

fitting in isn't just about looks, it's about similar life experience, values, etc. White girls from Orange County aren't all that different from white girls from Bellevue. But yes, looks are part of it, you know this so don't play dumb.
