ASIGS!!!!!
They literally have two gigantic Fraternity houses. When DChi got shutdown, they bought their house (which is literally a 25 foot walk across the street)! So now, they’ll have Freshman & Sophomores living in their main house, and Juniors & Seniors living at Delta Chi (Now Alpha Sigma Phi House #2). They honestly have the chillest group of guys, and now they even have an in-ground pool!!!!

Literally.... some of the most genuine group of brothers I have ever met in my life!! In all honesty, there’s no reason that this Fraternity is ranked as mid, because in reality, it is considerable in the category of lower TOP tier. Even though members of my house (Pi Phi) don’t hang out regularly at this Fraternity, they’re my absolute favorite. They’re not as “well known” as houses such as Betas & Alpha Delts; however, they’re definitely on the come-up: 1.) They JUST won the best possible award given by their nationals... so they’re now considered the best Chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi, nationwide! 2.) When DChi got shut down, ASigs bought their house. So they now own TWO gigantic Fraternities; ultimately meaning that they can increase they’re brotherhood to 140+ (the biggest UW has ever seen); they’ll have Freshmen & Sophomores living in their main house, and Juniors and Seniors living in their second house. Also, since the DChi house is considered a live-out, they can party however hard they want! 3.) They now have an IN GROUND pool..... so now Phi Pools is not the only house with a pool! 4.) Their new summer PC 18 is already being stacked with the hottest guys, with the best academic background, and most flexibility for growth and potential.

This is just a huge opportunity for all the bad houses to hype themselves up because they actually believe that Greek Rank matters, lower houses are the only ones who spend their time on Greek Rank and take it seriously (unless you go on here just for kicks in giggles if you’re in a top house like yours truly). Any house that was mentioned in this thread is not a good one, guarantee most the guys in the house are weird.
Ps. This will get a bunch of dislikes and probably little to no upvotes because all of my top house friends aren’t here to back me up.

Also, they just won the most prestigious award offered by their nationals—they are now considered the top ASIG Chapter across the nation!!
