Most people on here always say the top four fraternities are Sigma Chi, Betas, Tekes, and Alpha Delts. What are they each best known for? Like what is the primary reason they each are a top ones?

Betas: rich, hot, jock

Sigma Chi/Tekes: party animals, good looking, Sigma Chi is more diverse

Alpha Delts: flowery guys, diverse

Agreed but if anything, tekes is way more diverse than sigma chi
