new freshman rushing

hey I just got accepted and will be attending next year. I know people from high school who are in some houses like Sigma Chi, Sigma Phi Epsilon, and Pi Kappa Phi. When do they start rushing kids? I'm gonna text them for like the rush chairs but I don't want to hit them up way too early.

You can hit them up whenever, spring quarter is a good time to come out to see the house and get a good feel
