Invalid. Beta definitely throws parties they’re just exclusive with who they invite to them cause lets be honest, what’s the appeal in being a sweaty ass over packed frat room filled with random creeps trying to grab you?

Well one of those houses is allowed to throw parties and the other cant because they pissed on their pledges.

I think it's pretty obvi which is top.
