rusing top frats

Hey I'm a current freshman and I'm looking to start rushing come spring quarter. I'm top house quality, but will it harder for me to get a bid for pc'18 if i'm a rising sophomore?

rush houses like SigEp, Chi Psi, Theta Chi, and Fiji also. not "Top Houses" but also good. The middle and lower tier houses aren't really relevant don't bother going there.
