The best house on this list is Alpha Delts in terms of parties, girls they hang with, etc. Honestly you’d find cool guys in any house, but if you’re looking for the best social scene that’s your best bet.

In terms of socially, Alpha Delts will have the best social life with the hottest and most girls, delts still gets a lot of girls but much less attractive and more socially awkward ones in general.

Theta Xi will never have parties, Phi delts will occasionally off the radar though

Never heard much about ZBT

If you don't want to party at all go theta xi. They're a nice guys who tend to be pretty nerdy.

If you just want to live in house that doesn't throw big parties but still drinks in moderation, phi delts. Tend to be smart, hard workers but a little more chill/cooler than theta xi.

ZBT has a lot of people that are really into raves/festivals, less academically focused but very diverse. ZBT has parties but not very successfully.

Delts is socially more of a typical frat, they throw semi-regular parties with a few big ones, they have prefunks and exchanges with a variety of different sororities and the guys are all pretty cool. A good balance of smart and fun.

Alpha delts is definitely the most stereotypically fratty. Guys throw huge parties regularly, party with the top sororities and are very social.

Alpha delts is by far my favorite. Yes they party the most and have the best social scene, but they are also the most genuine, cool guys. Everyone loves them.
