Does AEPi party more than SigEp, Theta Chi and Pi Kapps. In general, which is the best upper-middle house?

i would say pi kapps is the best out of those four but 2) aepi 3) sig ep 4) theta chi

Yea I feel like aepi is a bit more friendlier than pikapps though in the sense that they have a lot more chill hangouts. Always down to invite girls over where as pikapps is more of a party or nothing house.

AEPi and Pi Kapps are the party houses, Theta Chi and SigEp are kinda soft and have more GADs etc

Partying is a small party of the culture and if that’s the only reason you want to rush a house you should stick to the dorms
