which houses are considered upper-tier? I've heard beta and sig chi are top, but what are the other options that maybe aren't as high-key.

Check out psi U, SAE, aepi phi tau and maybe delts

Psi U and SAE are both currently in the pit of misery. Aepi is ok, but Phi tau and Delts are a dumpster fire.

Other top houses are fiji, teke, and alpha delts. if youre looking for just a decent house go to aepi, sigep, or theta chi

phi tau has cuter guys then delts and SAE has probably the worst new PC of them all and are on social probation for 2 more years

sae new pc is full of awk guys and psi u/phi tau/delts/ aepi/ asig are all pretty much the same
