top fraternity/sororities

Beta vs. Sigma Chi & Pi Phi vs. Theta
I see a pretty general consensus on here that these are the top two fraternities and sororities on campus, but why and what separates them from the other?

Pi Phi is the sorority equivalent of Sigma Chi. Both are attractive, party, and have great personalities
Theta is the sorority equivalent of Betas. Each are attractive and wealthy, but are all the same person basically

Lol the majority of pi phis I’ve met seem oblivious to everything and are like talking to a brick wall... sigma chi has a lot of cool guys but their downfall is they always have a few really weird/creepy guys.

Lol Betas are so bland. I haven’t met many people who like them better than Sigma Chi. Betas parties are like those sophomore year high school parties where every conversation is the exact same and it’s awkward for everyone
