that ^^^^ is false. i have a really good friend that is a theta, and yeah, they are the first house to go out after recruitment but they never say they have to black out!! if a girl feels uncomfortable/doesnt want to drink she can always go home, no matter what night it is. i actually have a lot of good friends in thetas and not once have they ever been hazed! it seems like a great sisterhood

I'm not rich, could have gone Theta, chose to go elsewhere but not because of anything negative about them, just liked another house more. There wasn't even an undercurrent of... trying to figure out my family's wealth?
