transferring to uw axo from wsu axo

I'm a freshman at WSU and thinking about transferring to UW next year. I'm in AXO here and love it but wanna know what thoughts are on UW's AXO chapter ?? Serious honest answers only please!!

Super sweet girls, never met one I didn’t like. Definitely not a “top house” if you care about rankings, but still go out often and hang with fun frats. Their house is in a good location as well. Some of them can be kinda weird and awkward but overall it’s a good house with some good girls.
