How is Theta cheating with their grades when even on the grade report they have the most people on the dean’s list

its not that they're dumb, its that they only show their smart girls.

So they basically have their girls get on deans list or at least try their freshman fall quarter. After that, they check out a book and never return it for the four years that they're in school, that way they can only re-report the 4.0 they got way back during freshman fall Q over and over again, making it appear that they have a bunch of permanent deans list girls
