So they basically have their girls get on deans list or at least try their freshman fall quarter. After that, they check out a book and never return it for the four years that they're in school, that way they can only re-report the 4.0 they got way back during freshman fall Q over and over again, making it appear that they have a bunch of permanent deans list girls
