who is the top fraternity?

I know everyone has their own opinion, but I frequently hear Sigma Chi and Betas by far among most people I talk with. What separates these two?

Historical precedent and academic/social longevity tells me that betas fits the role of being the "top" house. I'd put sigma chi and TKES's as the next two best houses in terms of the girls they hang out with and parties/the amount of fun they have

Its funny because Sigma Chi basically stole Pi Phis from Betas haha. Plus they already have APhi and Tri Delt on top of that. Not sure who Betas have left lol

They are both good, but I would definitely say Sigma Chi, because they usually throw the best parties on greek row and have a really diverse group of guys. Betas is fine, its just their parties aren't as fun as Sigma Chi and they basically are all the same person in terms of looks and personality.

Kinda depends on PC really. Plenty of Pi Phis or any other house hang out with betas, just like they do with sigma chi. They are both definitely the "top" two, just comes down to personal preference really.

Betas pissed on their pledges and can't party. If that's what we consider a top house it's no wonder our social scene is seen as a joke by other schools.

They still party? Idk if you don’t know any betas or why you think this... I guess they don’t throw biads or triads but apparently they never have even before they were in trouble. Both sig chi and beta party a lot.
