top fraternities

Can someone explain why any other fraternity is up there with Sigma Chi, Betas, and Alpha Delts? Seems like those are definitely the top 3 if you look at the quality and attractiveness of the guys and how good their parties are.

I agree, but Betas and Alpha Delts have lost a lot of good potential signees to Sigma Chi in recent years. Still good but not on par with Sigma Chi parties.

I feel like it’s the other way around... sigma chi bids too much and a lot of guys sign the other two given the chance. Regardless, those three are the top houses no doubt.

Yes those are the best houses but Teke and Zetes are also top tier based on on preferences and who you ask

Definitely the other way around. Getting a bid from sig chi is way easier than beta or alpha delt

Betas has to Biad with Sigma Chi and Alpha Delts to even stay socially relevant. By themselves they are so damn boring
