Frats
Top Tier: Betas, Alpha Delts, Sigma Chi, Tekes, Fiji
Upper Middle: Pi Kapps, Zetes, Chi Psi, D-Chi
Middle Tier: AEPi, Theta Chi, Sig Eps, ASigs, Pike, TDX
Lower Middle: Phi Psi, SAE, Psi U, Delts, Phi Pools, Phi Delts, ZBT
Bottom Tier: K-Sigs, DU, Lambdas, Theta Xi, Phi Tau, Sigma Nu, Others
Sororities
Top Tier: Theta, G Phi, Pi Phi
Upper Middle: KD, A Phi, KKG, DDD
Middle Tier: DG, AXO, DZ, ADPi
Lower Middle: AGD, XO, AXiD, ZTA
Bottom Tier: Phi Mu, SK, AOPi, Others

idk about super accurate but this is pretty spot on...move fiji down and g phi (maybe kd too) down though
sometimes I think thetas go on here and rate fijis better than they are just because they don't want their brother house to be a house that's dropping but who knows

maybe DZ but kappa and adpi for sure belong there...if you'd really put adpi on the same level as axid and zta you cray
