cob winter

so I saw in another post that cob for majority of the houses are full as of rn, is it still possible to cob in the winter? just really want an honest answer p&ty :)

Yes it is possible. I did COB in the winter and got a bid.

No... they do cob in the fall to fill up for the rest of the year.

The only way there is room in the winter is if people drop, in which case it's not a house you'd be wanting to join

Literally so untrue, so many seniors graduate in the winter too in that case there would be spots that opened up for COB. And yes, some seniors live in for some houses.

Not if you want to be in good house. People don't just drop in winter and serious don't live in

thank you for all your respsonses! at least it gives me a good idea of what to expect. in all honesty, if I find a house that I feel I can fit into that's all that matters! I've met some very nice girls in "bottom houses." I'll just have to wait and see, thanks again guys! :)
