You definitely have all the tiers right, this is probably the best list I've read in a while. Not sure about the order, but overall, solid job.

the order isnt right but the tiers are..no sure about AEPI in top tier though they are a good house but maybe more of an upper middle house

I agree mostly but sig chi? and alpha delts is a little high for the hipster house

sigma chi should be below tekes and Asigs should be higher than alpha delts and aepi

I would definitely move Psi U down to lower, TDX and DU to lower Middle, A Sigs down to Upper Middle, and then Chi Psi and Pi Kapps to Upper middle.

These rankings are spot on; nice work! The only thing you could change is split middle into an upper and lower middle. All in all very accurate overall though.

Are you saying betas and fijis are #1 and #2, or they are all top in that group? Nothing against Betas and Fijis, but not sure they should be the top 2.
