I heard 38 - with 200 girls dropping rush altogether. That doesn't add up

There were two quotas this year, one for just freshman and one for sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Primary quota (freshmen) was 31 and secondary was 6 so total quota is 37.

I thought few houses actually hit the secondary quota bc so many soph, jr, sr dropped out

why does UW have such small pledge class compared to WSU and other big schools? In the south they are 60-70? Is this b/c of housing?
