Delts are not that low. Phi tau needs to prove itself over the next few months to rise. Chi Psi will always be irrelevant because of size and location

Phi tau is the same as psi u you have to rank them next to eachother, psi has like 30 guys in the house and delts has like a 4 person PC they should definetely be down

Probably by size. Some of the middle tier frats signed large PCs ~30 and some had trouble recruiting. It appears that the top tiers haven't changed much
