top 10 frats going into fall quarter (w explanation)

1.) Betas (Preppy, white, rich)
2.) Sigma Chi (Parties, Physical House)
3.) Tekes (Top party house at UW)
4.) Alpha Delts (Well rounded house, slightly fruity)
5.) Zetes (Athletes, diverse)
6.) Pi Kapp (Generally well liked, hurt by physical house)
7.) AEPi (Cool guys, also hurt by physical house)
8.) Fiji (Rich, but lots of ppl put off by the "secrecy")
9.) Chi Psi (Nice guys, hurt by location)
10.) Sig Eps (Going dry soon, could pull them down)

Have never heard of chi psi actually trying to party or anything. Completely irrelevant, and far from the rest of the GS

AEPi has become more and more irrelevant each year. Also SigEps are soft lmfao.

Only GDIs read these lists because they can't tell which houses are good or bad. If you're in the GS you will come to like certain houses and hang with them.
