hey im rushing and would like to know which are the houses should i avoid (bottom tier, lame parties, etc)?

try to join a top or middle tier house and you'll be fine

Don't worry it's very easy to tell during rush which houses are bottom tier. It's the difference between middle and top that is harder to pick up on initially
