updated fraternity tier ranking with pc17 (in order)

I have done extensive research and considered the new pc's in making this ranking. Before viewing remember that each house has unique qualities and the only way to truly know if a house is for you is to rush it. With that being said here it is.

Top tier:
Acacia

Bottom tier:
Every other house
