I heard last year there was an overwhelming amount of girls rushing? Is this true? What is the amount looking like this year and how will that effect bids?

If the number of people coming through goes up, then the number of people that sororities can give bids to goes up. Panhellenic will handle the logistical details. You don't need to worry about the numbers.
