they are are a middle tier house that is slightly below pike

They never throw parties/are guestlisted and they live extremely far off campus away from the Greek neighborhood. They used to be a good house but location is hurting them. They also used to be known as "chi psi nice guys" like sig Eps but now they're mostly just shy and awkward

I don't care about the walk, they live only one block from Tekes and Alpha Delts. Everyone that goes there seems to enjoy themselves, plus they have a sick setup, just wish they used their backyard more

Their pc has a couple good guys. Honestly when it comes to. Moddle tier houses you have to judge by the individual not the house, because there's a mix of cool and awkward guys in those houses
