Yes girls avoid middle tier houses like the plague. You will never get laid and will go through college never having experienced the female body.

No not really. House ranks are subjective and change all the time too. Houses can rise and fall. Just make sure you like the guys in the house that's what matters. A top house with no brotherhood will always be worse.
