why are dgs and kappas upper mid

I'd say DG is pretty similar to houses like xo/dz looks wise. But they are more social so tend to have better social connections and an awesome philanthropy. But I wouldn't say they are any better looking than xo/dz

For kappa, the girls also have better social connections and I'd say are better looking than dg and other mid tiers. Not that much hotter but enough

across the board, adpi axo kappa and dg are like identical people if you really get to know them. Dg has a very popular philanthropy yes that keeps them afloat, axos is also pretty popular because its the first of the year so all of the new freshman guys are really excited to participate. Adpis are all around really nice people I have yet to meet a mean adpi, same with kappa they're just very put together and sweet.

Idk why people always put kappa and dg higher, I think it has to do with seniors and people that are graduated. The tiers are becoming more irrelevant year by year though, even at this point nobody really cares. As a group I love these four houses because they're a really good balance of social yet nice
