Do legacies matter at UW? Which sororities typically give bids to legacies?

Completely depends on the house. each house has a policy of how they handle legacies. Some houses it matters a lot, some it doesn't at all.

Some houses you are automatically invited back for the next round but after that you are treated like any other pnm. Other house's Nationals make it very hard for chapter to drop a legacy.

From what I know adpi and dg either have to give bids to legacies or invite back until the last round (i think) and the rest of the houses depend

Each chapter's legacy policy is different, so whether you are considered a legacy and the way legacies are handled depends one each chapter's national policy. Being or not being a legacy will absolutely not make or break your recruitment process!
