I can't tell you what type of girls are in each house because the answer if every type. I can however tell you what they're reputation is and by association the reputation you'll have for 4 years

theta- not well liked, catty, rich white girls from socal known for extreme hazing
pi phi- equally catty but more diverse, hot foreign chicks, very exclusive about what houses they hang out with, not the smartest
gphi- known to party really hard and be kind of ditsy, thought to only hang out with alpha delts but they're expanding
tridelt- pretty girls who aren't exactly the typical sorority girl, known for being s1utty
aphi- try hard social climbers who care a lot about status, very wide gap between the really pretty/social girls and the others, lots of in house fighting
KD- considered the most well rounded of the group, good location on 17th, hangs out with lots of frats, more alternative/quirky girl rather than stereotypical

No one really likes any of the girls from these houses, all very catty and stuck up. From a guys perspective I prefer kappas dg axo adpi chi o those houses
