Literally each sorority has a different set of traits they're looking for! They go through weeks and weeks of training to determine how to spot a girl that would fit in well in the house. Trust the process, and don't worry too much about getting dropped! It happens, but everything is for the best. It will be tough, but you will make it through. And it will be worth it!

every house does this a little different obviously but more or less every girl you speak to will give you a score afterwards, that score is then either averaged or added with the other women you speak to. Your score for that day then determines your rank among all other pnm's. Each day of parties fewer and fewer pnm's are invited back to each house so only the girls with the top scores who ALSO place that house high on their list will come back for the next round. that's what makes the process "mutually selective"

Who they cut are women they feel don't match their chosen set of standards. What they get out of cutting women from their lists is a smaller and smaller pool of women to bid; no one except a new colony on a large campus usually wants 200 new members! When they cut is after each party session. Where they cut is from each list of party attendees. Why is insoluble. How they cut is private and you will never know until you are an initiate (so do not inquire).

Yours is but to rush or not. Choose rush.

BTW it isn't often posters here ask other posters how THEY chose to cut one group from another during recruitment. Not a good enough house silver pattern? Drapes from Sears not Kate Spade? Standard brick home vs 100-year-old famous mansion? Good for the goose, good for the gander, bring it on...
